When does my free month begin?
We agree on your activation date during assisted setup. Before you activate, we confirm the free-month dates, supported connections and how paid continuation works. Requesting setup does not start a subscription or charge your card.

What counts toward the 300 minutes?
Face-to-face conversation time with your twin. Email, text and voice without face-to-face video are unmetered, subject to fair use.
What happens when I use the included minutes?
Additional face-to-face time is $60 per 100 minutes, with notice before you go over. You can keep using email, text and voice under fair use.
What does each person get?
Their own twin, isolated computer, Second Brain and authorized tools. Legal support staff work under attorney supervision. Founder assistance is available when you want it, with a direct line to the founders.
How does pricing work for a team?
Your attorney plan includes drafting email handoffs, task assignments and follow-ups for paralegals and staff at no additional cost. A staff member only needs an additional seat if they want their own digital twin and login. Each dedicated seat is $250 a month and includes its own permissions and 300 face-to-face minutes. Sending tasks to your team does not require them to buy a seat.
Can I leave with what I’ve built?
Yes. Export your data and readable playbooks. You can keep using exported playbooks outside TwinCounsel. Terms §§7.2, 7.4.
For attorneys billing above $250 an hour, the monthly price is less than one billable hour. Usage terms are governed by Terms §6.3.
